Nurse Talent Recruiter, Pediatric Home Health (On‑Site)

Towne Kids

Towne Kids in Howell Township, NJ is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our nursing staff. This on-site role leads RN and LPN recruiting for our pediatric home health program, sourcing and screening candidates, moving them through the process, and handing off to HR and clinical teams. You will work with the HR Manager, VP of Operations and Clinical Director in a small, growing HR function, with potential to lead talent acquisition as Towne Kids scales. #J-18808-Ljbffr Towne Kids
