We're looking for a Graphic Designer who's ready to bring that work to life.

Why this role is different

You won't be designing in a vacuum. Your work directly supports engineers, project managers, and client teams tackling real infrastructure challenges. You'll see your designs go from concept to proposal to project win, and know your work had a hand in it.

What you'll be doing

• Design and produce proposals, brochures, presentations, reports, infographics, advertisements, and a wide range of marketing materials
• Support web design, e-newsletters, digital invitations, and mobile-ready content
• Translate technical themes and proposal content into polished visuals, charts, and illustrations
• Build and maintain templates that keep our brand consistent and our team efficient
• Manage our central graphics library so great work gets reused, not recreated
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists, engineers, and project teams to hit deadlines and deliver quality
• Support public meetings and client-facing presentations with graphics that make an impact

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of in-house graphic design experience; A/E/C industry background is a real plus
• Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with web design and working knowledge of HTML; video or Flash experience is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
