The role We’re looking for a Feta Laborer I to join our team in Weyauwega. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support the production of feta cheese, helping keep things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently from start to finish. Your role in achieving results In this position, you’ll play a key part in keeping production moving and quality standards high. You’ll: Support daily production operations on the feta line Handle materials, products, and equipment throughout the process Follow safety, quality, and food production guidelines Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain a safe, organized workspace Communicate with team members and leadership to keep operations running smoothly Jump in where needed—this is a team environment, and flexibility is key Your work directly impacts production goals, product quality, and the success of the entire operation.
