Prato 850 is an extremely busy and vibrant indoor and outdoor bar/restaurant and we are seeking a fun, yet dutiful FOH manager. We are the best party around and want nothing but the most energetic, personable and hospitality-minded manager there is.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing & supporting staff during service
- Opening & closing shifts
- Health Department readiness
- Covid-19 protocol adherence
- Ordering
- Maximize seating capacity and table-turning
