Motive is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Public Sector team to partner with Account Executives, influence deals, and demonstrate the value of Motive’s platform to senior leaders. The role balances technical depth with business acumen to map challenges to solutions and drive growth across strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer outcomes, while traveling up to 30% to engage with enterprise clients and present
