Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that align with their unique goals and values.
• Lead educational seminars and workshops as part of our Red Wagon Club to empower clients with knowledge and confidence.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Foster long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the estate planning process.
• Stay informed on the latest legal trends and advancements to offer innovative solutions and strategies.
• Work closely with our team to create a seamless and supportive client experience, from initial consultation to plan execution.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance our firm's presence and build meaningful connections in Somerset County.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school of law and qualification to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of substantial involvement in the field of Estate Administration.

• Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association in good standing.

• Willingness to take instruction from senior legal personnel to serve client requirements and expand the client base.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the capability to address issues with creativity.
