Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator coordinates and executes all key employee, customer, and commercial teams tours at the West Henrietta facility, managing logistics, vendors, schedules, and on site support to ensure smooth, high quality experiences that align with site priorities and operational needs. Aligns with corporate guidelines on branding and supporting commercial teams with key customer interactions. Lead engagement teams to drive engagement activities. Act as a back up to current administrative assistant and reception when necessary. The Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day business operations by coordinating processes, people, and resources to ensure efficiency, consistency, and timely execution across departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
