Bookkeeper Position Overview Mishawaka, Indiana 100%- On-Site Salary: $44,990-$54,995 We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations for a growing business. This role will assist with accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll support, and other accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Apply customer payments and match checks to invoices Process cash receipts and maintain accurate accounting records Reconcile two business checking accounts on a monthly basis Enter and process vendor invoices Prepare and submit payments to vendors Assist with payroll processing and 401(k) administration Support inventory-related accounting and purchasing activities Maintain organized financial documentation and records Assist with additional accounting projects as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working independently in a small business environment Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office INJUN2026 Click here to apply online
