What We Offer * Pay Options: * 25% - 30% of line haul revenue * Home Time: Home most weekends * Frieghtliner / International : 2018 to 2024 * Benefits: * 1 week paid vacation after 8 months * Breakdown and detention pay * Brokered freight with outbound and return loads pre-arranged * Respectful and supportive dispatch team * Percentage Pay * No-Touch Freight * ELD Compliance * Pre-arranged Loads * Detention Pay / Breakdown Pay * Reefer Main Lanes We dispatch from Rome, NY to major freight markets including: * Pennsylvania (PA) * Ohio (OH) * Indiana (IN) * Illinois (IL) * North/South Carolina (NC/SC) * Georgia (GA) * Tennessee (TN) * Other high-volume Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast lanes Requirements * Valid Class A CDL * Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDL A driver * Clean MVR (1-2 minor violations acceptable) * Familiarity with ELDs and DOT compliance * Reliable communication and time management skills Driver Type * Company Driver * Solo position * Owner Operator Schedule * Local/OTR * Flexible with occasional weekend pickups/deliveries (1-2 times per month) * Average 2-3 weeks out with scheduled home time Work Location * Based in Rome, NY * In-person onboarding; remote dispatch operations
