Sales Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The individual in this position will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers in designated territories, including residential locations. Day-to-day tasks include educating residents on available products and services, addressing their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities may involve maintaining relationships with on‑site property staff and identifying new opportunities to drive sales growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with customers and build relationships. Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to guide customers through solutions and achieve sales goals. Familiarity with Training techniques and Sales Management to support team members and ensure consistent performance. Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills to understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions. Self‑motivation and organizational skills to work effectively in a remote environment. Prior experience in direct marketing or field sales is advantageous but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
