Baystate Health is seeking a visionary and collaborative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of enterprise technology across a complex, multi-site healthcare system.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a forward-thinking executive who can balance innovation with operational excellence in a mission-driven healthcare environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the SVP & Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO), the Chief Technology Officer is a key member of the senior digital leadership team and will play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation.
