Our portfolio includes office, medical, retail, hospitality, industrial, and residential assets throughout Western New York.We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Asset Management to partner closely with ownership in maximizing the long-term value and performance of our portfolio. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing portfolio strategy, driving financial performance, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value through thoughtful investment, repositioning, and operational excellence.If you enjoy thinking like an owner, making strategic decisions, and leading teams that create exceptional places for tenants and the community, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoDevelop and execute portfolio-wide asset management strategies that maximize long-term value and financial performance.Lead and mentor our Leasing, Property Management, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with ownership's strategic objectives.Drive property performance by identifying opportunities to improve occupancy, revenue, operating efficiencies, and tenant satisfaction.Evaluate market trends and recommend acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, or repositioning strategies where appropriate.Oversee annual operating budgets, capital improvement plans, and property-level financial performance.Analyze financial statements, operating metrics, and investment returns to support strategic decision-making.Prioritize capital investments based on return on investment, asset preservation, and long-term portfolio goals.Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and serve as a key member of the Executive Committee.Build strong relationships with tenants, investors, municipal leaders, and other key stakeholders.What You'll BringBachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, leasing, or portfolio management.Demonstrated success managing complex commercial real estate portfolios.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial analysis, and investment evaluation.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational performance.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel throughout our Western New York portfolio as needed.Why Iskalo Development?At Iskalo, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of a diverse portfolio while working directly with ownership in a company known for quality, thoughtful development, and long-term investment.
