- ESTABLISHED PRACTICE: Join a very close-knit group of 11 physicians and 6 APPs in a full-scope OB/Gyn practice.- MENTORSHIP: The group would welcome the opportunity to mentor you after residency!
- UNIQUE SUPPORTIVE SCHEDULING: Paired with a physician partner for call and as surgical assist for all surgeries, you will enjoy consistency in your life as well as professional growth.
- LIFESTYLE: 1:5 call rotation allows a balance outside of work!
- FINANCIAL REWARDS: 50k signing bonus, loan repayment, call pay, 13.3% profit sharing contribution, low partner buy-in only 10k, 650k or more partner earnings
