Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for our South Dayton, NY client. Our client is looking for a Materials & Inventory Coordinator. Position Overview The Materials & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate communication and coordination between production, sales, and distribution to support timely shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and supporting smooth manufacturing and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods
- Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and bills of lading for accuracy
- Track, investigate, and resolve shipping errors or discrepancies
- Prepare shipping bills, invoices, and related documentation
- Maintain proper stocking locations and accurate inventory placement
- Produce production, packing, and shipping labels
- Navigate and maintain shipping and inventory software systems
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts
- Prepare purchase orders and receive raw materials into inventory
- Report production status throughout the manufacturing process
- Release warehouse stock pulls for customer orders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with inventory control and shipping operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
