Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a talented Pastry Chef who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to create a unique menu selection of more than 40 fresh baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins made with honest, whole ingredients.
Qualifications for the Pastry Chef position include:
- Proven track record of demonstrating super-hero abilities in the kitchen
- Ability to lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Early morning availability
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
- Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus
