CDL Driver/Warehouse

CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate This position offers a consistent, stable schedule—first shift, Monday to Friday—along with a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, and paid holidays. Key Accountabilities Ensures delivery vehicles and equipment are operated safely and efficiently. Maintains accurate delivery logs and follows DOT regulations and company safety policies. Completes required paperwork and provides it to the appropriate department. Uses accurate material handling practices to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists in day-to-day functions of warehouse execution while following 5S practices. Operates in a safe manner and maintains a safe work environment. Ensures all daily check lists and paperwork are completed to maintain clean and safe delivery vehicles/equipment. Monitors and ensures load securement policies are being followed for safe and accurate deliveries on site. Communicates with both supply center staff and customers to provide on-time delivery. Provides industry-leading customer service when conducting residential and commercial job site deliveries. Physical Requirements Lift or move up to 100 lbs. Standing frequently. Walking frequently. Talking frequently. Hearing frequently. Usage of hands and fingers. Reaching with hands and arms. Work Environment The environment is a warehouse and office setting. Position primarily works in a facility where forklifts are present. Employees must wear personal protective equipment issued at the branch location. Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Preferred Education, Experience & Skills Commercial Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least 1 full year of CDL driving experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Delivery experience. Basic warehouse/wholesale operations experience. Familiarity with safety policies and processes.
