900 Trail Ridge Rd 1st Floor 29803 Aiken South Carolina Job Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business. Typical Day You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready. You handle customer requests such as changing WiFi codes, locating packages, setting up rooms and projectors, and ensuring services are properly charged and invoices accurate. You attend to mail, respond to other customer requests, and assist with printing and invoicing. You help with service tickets in our portal, manage networking event organization with the Community Manager, distribute e‑invites, print posters, and promote the IWG community to prospects. You wrap up customer meetings, recommend local restaurants, and close the day tidy.
