Store Manager

Store Manager role coordinates store operation including hiring, managing, and directing associates, achieving financial targets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role includes an 8‑week store leadership training program. Responsibilities Operate the store and manage daily operations. Hire, manage, and direct associates to hit financial targets. Deliver exceptional guest experiences. Implement policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace. Qualifications High school diploma required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius. Food Safety: ServeSafe certified. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
