Pay Range : $30-$44 per Hour

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a motivated new graduate, this is your opportunity to work in a high-performing, supportive environment that values your skills and helps you grow.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, person-centered nursing care to residents

• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health status

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families

• Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure high standards of care

• Uphold our 5-star commitment to safety, dignity, and clinical quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Texas LVN or RN license in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Team player with excellent clinical and communication skills

• Dedication to quality, integrity, and compassionate care
