Clinical Laboratory Team Lead - Immunohematology

$30.75 - $40 per hour

Labcorp seeks a Clinical Laboratory Team Lead for its Dublin, Ohio immunohematology department. The role involves supervising daily operations, training staff, performing technical procedures, and ensuring quality patient care in a high-volume laboratory setting. Monday-Friday schedule, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisor with daily immunohematology department operations and management
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review
Train new employees and support development of current staff members
Perform routine and complex technical procedures according to standard operating procedures
Monitor instrumentation, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
5+ years of clinical laboratory testing experience
2+ years of immunohematology (blood bank) experience
ASCP and/or AMT certifications
6+ months of team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
Ability to pass color blindness screening test

Compensation: $30.75 - $40.00 per hour
