You will be responsible for defining how Walmart+ orchestrates high-value first-party and third-party benefits to create a differentiated membership proposition while identifying the highest-leverage opportunities to increase member value, engagement, retention, and business impact. Manage comprehensive product roadmaps.Advanced skills in stakeholder management, influencing senior leadership through data-backed storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics and experimentation to optimize product outcomes. Rigor using quantitative and qualitative insights, success metrics, dashboards.Deep understanding of customer needs using design thinking and journey mapping to inform product priorities.Technical leadership shaping platform strategy, architecture, reusable standards, and long-term investments across APIs, integrations, identity, data platforms, AI, and ecosystem capabilities.Leadership experience mentoring product managers and promoting best practices within the product management discipline. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
