Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to critically ill patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct patient care in a CCU/ICU setting, adhering to established clinical protocols and standards of practice.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
• Participate in required holiday coverage, including up to two of three designated summer holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CCU or ICU RN experience required.
• Active Wisconsin RN state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one prior travel nursing contract completed.
• Experience working in a trauma center environment.
