About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Administrator to support our Quality Control team on large-scale construction projects. This individual will be responsible for maintaining documentation, tracking quality records, coordinating reporting, and ensuring project documentation remains accurate and organized.

Responsibilities

Maintain QC documentation, logs, reports, and project records
Track inspections, test reports, and quality-related documentation
Coordinate with field teams and QC personnel to collect project information
Assist with document distribution and version control
Support audits and quality compliance efforts
Generate reports for project leadership

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience within construction, engineering, or industrial projects
Strong organizational and document management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Construction industry experience preferred
