Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - One reference must be from the most recent place of employment. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
