We’re looking for people who: Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license) Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting‑edge artistry. Have leadership experience (preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person) Are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset. Love to mentor up‑and‑coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others. Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor. Are interested in learning key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach. Take pride in exceeding cleanliness standards. What You’ll Do: Deliver top‑notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients. Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands‑on support for your team. Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities , including collaborating with ownership on goals, supporting daily operations, and advancing the local reputation of your salon. Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications. Develop skills in training, educating, and mentoring stylists over time. Ensure salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations. Considering a move?
