Order Processor - Inside SalesPay: $20-$23 per hour (Actual pay will be based on experience, skills and internal equity)Location: Springfield, MOThe Order Processor - Inside Sales is the foundational training role within the Inside Sales organization at CSI.This role is designed for individuals who are building proficiency in CSI systems, processes, and Inside Sales customer service expectations while handling a reduced and structured workload under close supervision.The primary objective of this role is successful progression into the Inside Sales Representative 1 (ISR 1) role within approximately 6–18 months, based on performance and development readiness.CSI provides state-of-the-art stainless-steel process equipment and service for manufacturers in the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.We are a growing company built on teamwork, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service.
