Estimating Coordinator

Job Summary

This person will support the estimating department for the sales department regarding all administrative tasks. Experience in construction administration, bid compilation, scheduling, and tracking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate "kick off" meetings with Sales & Implementation teams
• Take meeting minutes for design-build projects.
• Generate status updates on active projects.
• Perform routine clerical duties - setting up new files, maintaining and organization of department files, reproducing documents, drawings, etc. for bid process and design production.
• Generate Purchase orders & assist with price matching with vendors.
• Manage vendor pricing spreadsheets & quotes.
• Download and organize plan & specs for estimating department.
• Track down subcontractor pricing.
• Spreadsheet management (Bid Board & Prequal List)
• Prequal applications
• CRM Management
• Create & manage vendor matrix

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience taking detailed meeting minutes.
• 2+ years' experience in back-office support.
• 1+ years' experience in construction back office preferred.
• Effective communications skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Scheduling and planning experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.

Compensation Range: $36 - $38 per hour
