Job Summary Psychiatrist Qualifications Join Our Community: Psychiatric Opportunity in Haverhill, Massachusetts Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our collaborative and well-established Behavioral Health team serving communities north of Boston. This unique position offers a diverse practice model across outpatient, integrated behavioral health, and emergency psychiatric evaluation settings throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Position Overview This role follows a 7-week rotating schedule designed to provide a balanced and dynamic clinical experience: Weeks 1-6 include 3 days of providing integrated behavioral health services at Mass General Brigham, Haverhill, MA, and 2 days of providing outpatient mental health care at MGB Behavioral Health in Dover, NH Every 7th week consists of full-week coverage at Wentworth-Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH collaborating closely with the emergency department and other hospital-based teams What You’ll Do Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire communities Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams Deliver timely psychiatric evaluations and treatment recommendations Support coordinated, patient-centered behavioral health care throughout the community Participate in a rotating call schedule Maintain high standards of clinical quality, productivity, and collaboration within the practice Develop referral and educational relationships within Mass General Brigham and throughout the local medical community Why Choose Mass General Brigham? Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
