As a mechanic with us the minimum responsibilities are: \n \n \n Schedules and coordinates maintenance work assignments, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. \n \n Maintains and updates computerized fleet management systems, tracking out-of-service equipment and monitoring repair status. \n \n Perform repairs and inspections, safety checks, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on diesel vehicles. \n \n Utilize vehicle computer electrical systems to interpret failure modes to identify and adjust Engine and Vehicle Control modules \n \n Respond to road calls for emergency repairs \n \n Reviewing, Completing or assigning repairs identified on driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. \n \n Completing required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software programs. \n \n Test driving trucks after services and repairs \n \n Helping other team members with repairs as needed \n \n Having professional and courteous interactions with our drivers when needed. \n \n Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards. \n \n Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. \n\n \n What we need from you: \n \n \n Proficiency in a variety of diesel vehicle diagnostic tools, preventative maintenance and repair. \n \n Basic tool set \n \n Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days of start of position \n \n Hydraulic experience is a plus \n\n \n What you’ll get from us: \n \n \n Competitive Compensation \n \n 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future \n \n Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision \n \n Perks, perks, perks!
