Medical AssistantTryfacta is seeking a Medical Assistant for our client in Marysville, CA 95901. This is an 8-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Marysville, CA 95901Duration: 8 weeks with high possibility of extensionWork Schedule: Day 5x8-hour (7:am to 5:pm)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Recording vital signsPreparing patients for examinationsAssisting physicians during proceduresPerforming EKGs (if trained)Drawing blood and collecting specimensUpdating electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)Scheduling appointments and patient follow-upProviding patient education and instructionsTo be considered for this position, you should have:First time travelers are accepted1+ year experience requiredFloating is not requiredWeekends/holidayNo call requirementsPrefer recent medical assistant experienceBLS is requiredMUST have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 monthsTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
