Santiago's Florida Kitchen & Craft Bar at the Guy Harvey Resort isn't just hiring another manager—we're building a culinary team that believes in excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
We're looking for an experienced PM Sous Chef who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes pride in mentoring others, leading by example, and creating an environment where both our team and our guests thrive.
This is a working leadership position. You'll be on the line with your team, coaching, teaching, problem-solving, and helping set the standard every shift.

What You'll Do
- Lead evening kitchen operations
- Cook alongside your team during service
- Train and develop line cooks
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep, and organization
- Support labor and food cost goals
- Execute banquet and special event functions
- Foster a positive, accountable kitchen culture
