Santiago's Florida Kitchen & Craft Bar at the Guy Harvey Resort isn't just hiring another manager—we're building a culinary team that believes in excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

We're looking for an experienced PM Sous Chef who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes pride in mentoring others, leading by example, and creating an environment where both our team and our guests thrive.

This is a working leadership position. You'll be on the line with your team, coaching, teaching, problem-solving, and helping set the standard every shift.

What You'll Do

Lead evening kitchen operations
Cook alongside your team during service
Train and develop line cooks
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep, and organization
Support labor and food cost goals
Execute banquet and special event functions
Foster a positive, accountable kitchen culture
