Server Position at Fearless Restaurant Group – White Dog Cafe, Chester Springs The White Dog Café, part of the Fearless Restaurant Group, is a farm‑to‑table restaurant that has been serving the community since 1983. We are seeking a Server who is friendly, professional, and excited to deliver warm hospitality in a fast‑paced, neighborhood café. Position : WDCS – Server Location : White Dog Café, Chester Springs, PA Work Type : Full‑Time/Part‑Time (flexible) Responsibilities & Qualifications Be happy and constantly smiling. Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Demonstrate competency in all steps of service. Have a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails. Maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items and the beverage program. Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality. Demonstrate proper professional decorum. Prior experience in a food‑serving establishment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems.
