Proteus in San Francisco is hiring an AI Engineer to advance a Biological Intelligence Platform for autonomous discovery of personalised medicine. You will scale AI systems from idea to production, develop agentic workflows, and own critical components end-to-end. We value hands-on experience with biological foundation models, evaluating models with robust benchmarks, and strongPython/FastAPI/containers skills.
