We're seeking a Manager, Agile Program Management tochampion Agile best practices, lead high-performing teams, and deliver complex enterprise programs that create measurable business value.Pay Rate Range - $90-95/HR ON W2 ONLYResponsibilities:Lead Agile delivery across large-scale digital transformation initiativesDrive adoption of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile frameworksPartner with product, engineering, and business leaders to ensure successful outcomesCoach teams, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvementTrack Agile performance metrics and guide organizational transformation effortsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Agile project/program management or Agile transformation experienceDeep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean-Agile principlesExperience leading complex, cross-functional programsExpertise with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skillsAgile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC are a plusBonus Points For:Enterprise-wide Agile transformation experienceAgile portfolio management and governance expertiseConsulting or client-facing experienceIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
