Marketing Proposal Specialist

Collaborating with East Region business development and operations teams, the full-time remote Marketing Proposal Specialist will lead and support the preparation of client solicitations, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions and contributing to proposal strategy through market research and competitive intelligence. Key responsibilities Leads small to medium proposals and supports large proposals, working with capture managers on win strategies and interview preparation Coordinates proposal content and logistics, including schedules, compliance requirements, and develops annotated outlines for technical teams Facilitates color reviews and quality assessments, incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement in proposal submissions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of proposal development experience Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign Experience with RFQs/RFPs and producing compliant, high-quality proposals Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
