You'll oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and at a five-star level of customer satisfaction.If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and creating an experience homeowners rave about, we'd love to meet you.Who We AreAllstate Exteriors is a family-owned and operated company providing professional roofing, siding, and gutter services throughout Ohio and Florida.We've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, honest service, and putting customers first.We don't just install roofs - we protect homes, build lasting relationships, and make a positive impact on the families we serve.What You'll DoYou'll take projects from "booked" to "completed" while keeping communication, quality, and customer experience at the center of everything.Your Responsibilities Include:Manage roofing and exterior projects through completionCoordinate with crews before job start to review project scope and expectationsVerify materials, deliveries, and proper job site setupEnsure dumpsters, yard signs, and safety protections are in placeOversee job site safety, including:AC protectionLandscaping protectionGutter ladder protectionProper equipment use, including Catch-All roofing systemsConduct on-site meetings with crews to review scope and safety proceduresManage change orders, including signatures, documentation uploads, and department communicationTrack and document returned extra materialsMaintain quality control throughout the entire build processMeet with homeowners before projects beginConduct final walkthroughs and collect signed completion formsCollect payments when applicableWhat We're Looking ForQualifications:2+ years of construction, roofing, or exterior project management experience preferredStrong leadership and crew coordination skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects at onceDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable using CRM systems and project management softwareValid driver's licenseBilingual Spanish speaking is a plusBenefits & Perks401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offEmployee Assistance ProgramSchedule:Monday –FridayDay shiftOvertime opportunitiesWeekend availability as neededIf you're ready to join a growing company where your leadership matters and your work truly makes a difference, apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional results - one home at a time.
