Regional Property Manager

Role Description Regional Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based around several locations around the country, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties in the region. This role is responsible for driving operational performance by ensuring consistent execution of leasing, marketing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial reporting across all assigned communities. Day-to-day tasks include supervising on-site teams, monitoring occupancy and revenue targets, reviewing budgets and financials, and implementing standardized processes aligned with Busboom.AI's technology-driven model. The Regional Property Manager will partner with centralized support and analytics teams to use real-time data for decision-making, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resident experience, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This position also involves regular property visits, coaching and developing site leaders, and communicating performance expectations clearly to maintain accountability and long-term asset value. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in multifamily property or regional management, including oversight of multiple communities and teams. Strong skills in operations oversight, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Ability to leverage technology platforms, dashboards, and real-time data to guide decisions and improve property performance. Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to provide clear direction and hold teams accountable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for working with residents, owners, and internal stakeholders. Working knowledge of fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and industry best practices. Comfort with a highly visible on-site presence, including regular property visits within the assigned region. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in property management. Prior experience in a data-driven or technology-enabled property management environment is strongly preferred. Prior military experience with proven leadership skills; self-motivation; problem-solving; and continual improvement preferred.
