MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for an 8-hour day shift contract. This role will involve rotating call responsibilities and requires the ability to report within 30 minutes when on call.

Responsibilities include conducting MRI scans as per physician orders, performing floating duties as required, including X-Ray, CT, Mammography, DEXA, and Fluoroscopy, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, maintaining and managing imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation, and collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging services.

This position consists of 40 hours per week with the following potential shift times: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

Qualifications include current MRI certification via ARRT, AHA BLS certification required at the time of application, an associate degree in a relevant field, MRI experience is required; CT and Mammography experience are preferred, and willingness to learn and cross-train across different imaging modalities.

Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations are an essential aspect of this role. Candidates must be prepared to adapt to a dynamic work environment that includes various imaging services.
