$18.00–$20.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to join our team in providing one-on-one care for a private-duty client in Kingston Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent, long-term daytime hours with a stable schedule.

The client requires assistance with mobility, transfers, personal care, and activities of daily living. We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, safety-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional care while helping the client maintain dignity and independence.

There are no pets in the home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Provide toileting and incontinence care

• Assist with transfers and mobility

• Use proper body mechanics and transfer techniques

• Provide companionship and engage the client in conversation

• Prepare light meals and encourage hydration

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care

• Observe and report changes in condition

• Complete accurate documentation and communicate with the office as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care in a private home, assisted living, or skilled nursing setting

• Experience with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, or other safe transfer equipment preferred but not required

• Experience caring for clients with mobility limitations or high fall risk

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Excellent communication skills

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Smartphone for scheduling and documentation

• Ability to lift, transfer, push, and assist clients safely

• Weekend availability preferred
