They focus on single family homes, semi custom builds. They have a strong pipeline of work and are actively growing. Currently seeking a Superintendent with local experience to join their team! Description Oversee all phases of custom home construction from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams, ensuring timely project delivery. Monitor site activities daily to ensure safety, compliance, and quality control. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain consistent communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure their vision is realized. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet luxury standards. Resolve any site-related issues that arise, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth operations. Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end luxury residential construction. Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, high-end finishes, and complex design elements. Single Family Home project completion experience Excellent communication and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Broward County. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
