Senior Project Manager - Construction

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through completion. The role involves overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead the overall delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and contract administration Coordinate with Superintendents, MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors Ensure all work complies with company safety, quality, and operational standards Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that may impact delivery Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes Skills/Must Have: 10+ years of construction project management experience Experience delivering large-scale data center or mission critical construction projects Strong understanding of commercial construction, MEP systems, and critical infrastructure Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) with employer match Life and AD&D Insurance Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance Critical Illness and Accident Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Stock Purchase Plan Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program Salary: $195,000 Base Per Annum #J-18808-Ljbffr Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited
