Our premier Pleasanton venues, Casa Real and The Palm, are seeking charismatic, banquet servers to help bring weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events to life. Our team plays a key role in creating seamless, elevated guest experiences.

What You'll Do
- Provide polished, attentive service throughout weddings and events
- Serve pre-set meals and beverages (no order-taking required)
- Carry trays of food, glassware, and dishes with confidence (training provided)
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are event-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with a large team to execute seamless events
What We're Looking For
- Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
- Comfortable with being frequently on their feet, walking, or standing
- Able to quickly learn our menu items and meal service standards
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting 40-50 lbs
- Must be able to work weekends and nights
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time, event-based scheduling
- Shifts typically 6–8 hours, starting in the early afternoon
- Events are primarily Friday–Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts
- Schedules released monthly to support work-life balance
- Minimum availability of 6 days per month, including weekends
Pay Range
- $17-$25 DOE
