International House Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide friendly and efficient check-in/out services for guests. You will be responsible for managing reservations, cash handling, and ensuring guest satisfaction through strong customer service and effective communication. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
