Job Opportunity: Full-Time Gastroenterologist
Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to become a part of our dedicated team within the Division of Gastroenterology. While a primary focus on General GI is preferred, we also welcome candidates with additional specialized skills.
Key Responsibilities- Primarily engage in outpatient clinical duties, with responsibilities evenly split between clinic work and endoscopy at both the hospital and ambulatory surgery center.
- Actively participate in the education of fellows, residents, and students.
- Receive mentorship and dedicated time for professional development.
The Division of Gastroenterology comprises 18 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, specializing in areas such as therapeutic endoscopy, hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), motility, and genetics. Our faculty is recognized nationally for their expertise in hepatology, therapeutic endoscopy, and IBD.
This position will primarily be based at the University location, with opportunities to teach fellows and residents. The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition is expanding, with faculty practicing at various facilities, including the University Hospital, Riverside County Hospital, and the VA.

Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base compensation for this role ranges from $450,000 to $525,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
