Compensation: Base salary plus profit share: $120,000 - $200,000 per year plus bonus/commission DOE Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience as an attorney. Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar. Proven success in handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy. Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of fostering a high-performing team. Tech-savvy with experience in legal research tools and software.
