Join Our Team as a Post Frame Crew Lead!

Custom Structures of South Dakota LLC in Rapid City is seeking a motivated and experienced Post Frame Lead to join our team. As a Post Frame Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a crew of builders and ensuring that all post frame construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of builders in the construction of post frame buildings
Coordinate with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and company standards
Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and performance
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in post frame construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
