We are seeking four experienced Data Communications Technicians to support a project at a VA medical clinic near Norman, Oklahoma. This assignment involves basket-tray and hallway installation, as well as copper data communications cabling work. Qualified candidates must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and have a strong background in structured cabling installations.

Responsibilities

• Install basket tray systems and hallway cable pathways
• Perform data communications copper cable installations
• Terminate data jacks and complete testing as required
• Execute top-out work in accordance with project specifications
• Follow all site safety requirements and industry best practices
• Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience with structured cabling and data communications installations
• Ability to perform work independently without close supervision
• Experience with copper cable termination and testing
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the full project schedule

Preferred Certifications

• BICSI Installer Certification
• OSHA 10 Construction
• Lift Certification
• Manufacturer-specific copper cabling certifications
