What's in it for You? $25-$40 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and the specific employer opportunity Full-time opportunities in residential plumbing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Hands-on work solving a variety of residential plumbing problems Opportunities to strengthen your technical, diagnostic, and customer service skills Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Career growth opportunities with established and growing plumbing and home service companies Overtime opportunities may be available based on service demand and scheduling needs Why You'll Love It Here Take ownership of residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis through completed repair Put your troubleshooting skills to work solving real plumbing problems every day Work with teams that value quality workmanship, professionalism, accountability, and customer service Build expertise across plumbing repairs, drain systems, water heaters, fixtures, piping, and water lines Work directly with customers to explain plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Continue advancing your plumbing career through hands‑on experience and ongoing training Build valuable experience with established plumbing and home service companies throughout the DFW market Your New Role Work as a Service Plumber throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding DFW service areas Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential plumbing systems Complete plumbing service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and customer service Repair and replace toilets, faucets, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related plumbing components Identify and resolve leaks, clogged drains, water pressure problems, fixture failures, water heater issues, and other common residential plumbing concerns Perform plumbing inspections and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions based on system conditions Clearly explain plumbing problems, repair options, and recommended solutions to customers Follow applicable Texas plumbing codes, safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Safely operate and maintain plumbing hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service equipment Maintain clean and organized tools, equipment, work areas, and service vehicles Accurately document service work and communicate with customers, dispatchers, supervisors, and team members Participate in ongoing training to strengthen plumbing service, troubleshooting, and repair skills Work overtime when required based on service demand and scheduling needs Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience preferred, with residential service, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair experience Current Texas plumbing license or registration appropriate for the work performed and employer requirements Valid driver's license required Driving record that meets employer requirements Hands‑on knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related equipment Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions Ability to safely use plumbing hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to clearly explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions to customers Ability to work independently while maintaining safety, quality, and company standards Strong reliability, organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through Ability and willingness to work overtime when required Additional licensing, background, driving, scheduling, and employer‑specific requirements will be communicated for each opportunity Yellowstone Local is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
