The Lakes Home Care, Inc.

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing care in a home setting. Flexible scheduling and a 1:1 patient ratio are offered to support work-life balance.
