This full-time remote position will focus primarily on addressing eating disorders, using innovative telehealth technologies to provide empathetic, effective support to clients across Junction City, Kansas, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client symptoms related to eating disorders, as well as any co-occurring mental health conditions. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and recovery goals. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in both individual and group settings. \n
- Directly address issues surrounding body image, food behaviors, and self-esteem during therapy sessions. \n
- Guide clients in developing healthy coping strategies, emotional regulation techniques, and practical approaches to resist disordered eating patterns. \n
- Collaborate actively with our dedicated treatment team to ensure holistic care, with a focus on every aspect of the client’s well-being. \n
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about eating disorders and fostering a supportive recovery environment. \n
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in specialized eating disorder treatment. \n
Your primary focus will be supporting individuals dealing with a variety of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder. You will work closely with clients to understand their emotional and psychological needs, empowering them through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. By understanding the complexities of these disorders, you will utilize your expertise to significantly impact their recovery journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas. \n
- Proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices specifically beneficial for treating eating disorders. \n
- A deep understanding of the multifaceted nature of eating disorders and any related co-occurring mental health conditions. \n
- Exceptional communication skills to foster rapport and trust with clients and families. \n

- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, ideally within a telehealth framework or similar remote setting. \n
- Prior work with diverse populations, with a preference for experience in outpatient mental health care focused on eating disorders. \n

- Competitive salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and specialization. \n
